Processing Time
We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days. Please note that during peak periods, such as holidays, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We offer various shipping options to ensure the best possible delivery speed for you.
Domestic Shipping Switzerland & Lichtenstein
- Standard Delivery: 2-3 working days
- Express Delivery: 1-2 working days
- Free Standard Shipping: On orders over CHF 70
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times and rates vary depending on the destination. Please check at checkout for more details.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this to track your package directly on the carrier’s website and stay updated on your delivery progress.
Packaging
We carefully pack all orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Voyelle uses eco-friendly materials whenever possible to minimize our environmental impact.
Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
